IT Department

     “Today, Information Technology (IT) has become one of the most powerful drivers of our economy. Information Technology plays an important role in convergence of computing, communication and applications to satisfy the demands of customers. Due emergence of high-speed data, wireless and wired networks, there is a tremendous demand for innovative applications, its development and management. Nowadays, most of the services are based on ICT. Sectors such as banking, commerce, insurance, education, e-governance, medical, engineering, tourism, entertainment, sports are already using IT extensively. In the years to come, penetration of Information Technology and IT enabled services will increase drastically. ”

     The course aims to create and nurture skilled manpower in the field of Information Technology and provides a platform for students to develop their critical and logical thinking which is very important for an Information Technology professional.
